We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to architect and build high-performance backend services that power Telkomsel core digital platforms. Requirements: - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field - 5-8 years of backend engineering experience - Expert proficiency in Go or Java; working knowledge of Python - Deep experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) - Experience designing APIs serving 10K+ RPS - Track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading technical design reviews - Understanding of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
