Product Manager - Digital Services

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery of Telkomsel digital services, including mobile entertainment, digital payments, and value-added services. Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) - 4-7 years of product management experience in tech, telecom, or digital services - Proven experience shipping consumer products to large audiences (1M+ users) - Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) - Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product backlogs - Understanding of A/B testing, feature flagging, and data-driven decision-making - Experience working with engineering, design, and data teams in an Agile environment - Knowledge of the Indonesian digital ecosystem and mobile-first consumer behavior

You are a customer-obsessed product manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You have experience launching and iterating on digital products in Southeast Asia, understand the nuances of the Indonesian market, and can rally cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
