Data Scientist - Network Intelligence

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Network Intelligence team, applying machine learning and statistical modeling to optimize Telkomsel network performance and subscriber experience. Requirements: - Master or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in data science or machine learning - Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) - Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hive, or BigQuery) - Solid understanding of statistical modeling, time series analysis, and anomaly detection - Experience with ML model deployment and monitoring in production - Familiarity with telecom data (CDR, network KPIs, subscriber behavior) is a strong plus - Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

You are a curious and rigorous data scientist who enjoys tackling real-world problems with data. You have experience working with large-scale datasets, can bridge the gap between research and production, and are excited about applying ML to telecom network optimization at a scale that impacts millions of users.
