Senior Network Operations Engineer (5G RAN)

We are looking for a Senior Network Operations Engineer with deep experience in 5G RAN deployment, OSS/BSS integration, and high-availability subscriber traffic management across Java and Sumatra POPs. Strong understanding of Ericsson and Huawei eNodeB / gNodeB toolchains is required.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience operating large-scale mobile networks in a Tier-1 carrier, with a record of leading multi-team incident-response work and contributing to long-horizon capacity planning.
