UX/UI Designer - Digital Products

We are hiring a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces for Telkomsel customer-facing applications and internal tools. Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications - Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design work - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Abstract) - Understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards - Experience creating and maintaining design components and style guides - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints - Ability to work collaboratively with product managers and engineers

You are a detail-oriented designer who cares deeply about user experience. You can work across the full design cycle from research and wireframing to pixel-perfect handoff. You are comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and contributing to a collaborative design culture.
