Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning and analysis across Telkomsel business units. Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred) - 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle ERP - Strong understanding of telecom industry financial metrics (ARPU, churn, CAPEX/OPEX) - Experience preparing board-level financial presentations and reports - Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and IFRS standards - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

You are a detail-oriented finance professional who can translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. You have experience in a large corporate environment, are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and can influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
