Supply Chain Operations Lead

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee the procurement, logistics, and distribution of network equipment and SIM card inventory across Indonesia. Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration - 7-10 years of experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably in telecom or FMCG - Experience managing a team of 10+ people - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP MM/SD preferred) - Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation - Experience with warehouse management and nationwide distribution logistics - Knowledge of Indonesian customs and import regulations - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
