Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of Telkomsel consumer-facing digital products, including MyTelkomsel app and web portals. Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Design, HCI, or related field - 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, prototypes, final UI) - Expert proficiency in Figma; experience with prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie) - Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing - Understanding of design systems and component libraries - Experience designing for large-scale consumer products (1M+ users) - Ability to mentor junior designers

You are a design leader who balances user empathy with business outcomes. You have experience working in a product-driven organization, can present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, and enjoy mentoring team members. You keep up with the latest design trends while staying grounded in research and data.
