HR Business Partner

We are hiring an HR Business Partner to support our Technology and Digital divisions, partnering with engineering and product leadership on people strategy. Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master preferred) - 6-9 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP - Experience supporting technology or engineering teams in a large organization - Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) - Experience with talent management, succession planning, and organizational development - Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leaders - Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
